Authenticity Every Weirdly Gifted piece ships with a unique serial number and Certificate of Authenticity (COA), verifiable via the NFC/QR flow at link provided with order.. Serial numbers are non-transferable proof of authenticity — resale does not include brand-issued community benefits tied to original purchase.

Purchases All sales are subject to the Return & Exchange Policy above. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer during drops.

Community Access Certain tiers/products grant access to the WGANG Discord community. Access is a privilege tied to good-faith participation and is subject to our community guidelines; membership can be revoked for violations.

Intellectual Property The Weirdly Gifted name, fingerprint roundel, brand marks, and all associated designs are the property of Weirdly Gifted LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, counterfeiting, or resale of assets is prohibited.

Age Requirement You must be 13+ to join our Discord community (per Discord's own ToS) and 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase, or have parental consent.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
