Nature of Goods All products are produced in limited, numbered quantities as part of scheduled drops. Availability, sizing, and colorways are not guaranteed to be restocked or reproduced. Each unit is paired with a serialized Certificate of Authenticity (COA); the serial number is the sole basis for authenticity verification.

Limitation of Liability Weirdly Gifted's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Pricing & Availability Prices, availability, and drop timing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantity per customer and to cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or bot activity.

Policy Amendments We may update these policies at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Wayne County, Michigan  courts unless otherwise required by law.
