PREORDER POLICY

What “Preorder” Means

When you order during a Weirdly Gifted preorder window, you’re securing your unit before

it’s packed and shipped. Preorder items are produced/finalized in the batch size of

confirmed orders — this isn’t in-stock-ready inventory, it’s reserved production.

Preorder Window

This preorder runs for 4 DAYS, starting 8/15/2026 and closing 8/19/2026 4:30PM EASTERN TIME.

The window may close early if all available units sell out first — preorder slots are limited,

not unlimited.

Availability

Preorder quantities are capped to match our production run. Once sold out, the preorder

closes immediately, even if the 4 DAY window hasn’t ended. There is no restock after a

preorder run sells out.

Payment

Your card is charged in full at the time you place your preorder — this is not a deposit. Full

payment secures your spot in the production run.

Processing & Production Timeline

Preorder window closes → production begins

Estimated production time: 2-3 weeks after window close

Once produced, each unit is hand-packed with its serial number and COA card Shipping confirmation + tracking sent the moment it ships

Estimated delivery: preorder close date + production time + shipping transit (typically 3–7 business days once shipped).

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before the preorder window closes: free cancellation or size change — contact us via

chat, email, or Discord with your order number.

After the window closes (production has started): cancellations are no longer

available. Your order is locked into the confirmed production run at that point.

Defective or wrong item on arrival: standard Return & Exchange Policy applies — no

fee, we cover return shipping.

Shipping

Once produced, preorder items ship under our standard Shipping Policy — domestic and

international rates apply, tracking provided, no restocks once the run is complete.

Local Pickup / Drop-off (Detroit)

Local pickup is available for preorder customers in the Detroit area. Select Local Pickup at checkout, and you’ll be notified by email/Discord once your unit is ready, along with pickup location and time window. If you need to arrange drop-off logistics outside standard pickup hours, reach out via Discord or email before the preorder window closes.

Delays

Small-batch production can run into unexpected delays (materials, printing, quality control).

We’ll communicate proactively via email and Discord if timelines shift — preorder customers get priority updates over general drop announcements.
